Use at least 6 characters. Your new password is stored scrambled, so nobody can read it, not even the administrators.

Tap Edit on an account below to change the name, username, department or level. Leave the password empty to keep theirs. If you change the username, give a new temporary password and the person signs in again with the new username. People change their own password in Settings.
